Role Responsibilities Lead the design and development of robust Python applications. Oversee and guide the technical direction for projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. Manage day-to-day activities of the development team, setting priorities and deadlines. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for applications, ensuring seamless integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Identify areas for improvement and implement best engineering practices. Ensure timely delivery of software projects in an Agile environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering skill growth. Engage in troubleshooting and debugging processes for existing applications. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications for enhanced efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in Python development. Document technical specifications and project progress for internal use. Maintain high levels of quality assurance and adherence to company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development. Proven experience in a technical lead or similar role. Strong understanding of web frameworks such as Django or Flask. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and deployment practices. In-depth knowledge of database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with Git or other version control systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
