Application Support Engineer

Experience : 1-3 Years with relevant experience.Location : Chennai & CoimbatoreQualification : Bachelor degree

Role Description

Provide application support, troubleshoot/debug software solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis on the application issues and propose solutions.
Perform bug fixes and small enhancements in application codebases.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across frontend (Angular/React), backend (Node.js/Python), and database (SQL/NoSQL) layers.
Use logs, monitoring tools, and debugging techniques to identify and resolve application errors.
Document incidents, fixes, and enhancements in knowledge bases and technical documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates.
Regularly monitor & analyze the application, provide recommendation of the application improvement.
