We specialize in delivering skilled developers across multiple tech stacks and are now looking for a talented Python Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team.

Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development (Python)

• Develop robust, scalable backend services using Python and frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement authentication, authorisation, and role-based access.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js (React preferred).
• Integrate frontend UI with backend APIs.
• Ensure smooth user experience across devices and browsers.

Database & Integration

• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL options (MongoDB).
• Build data models, write optimised queries, and manage migrations.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and libraries.

Quality & Deployment

• Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Implement unit tests using PyTest, unittest, or similar tools.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) or containerised environments (Docker).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
• Analyze requirements and convert them into technical tasks.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Python and one major backend framework (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
• Frontend experience with React (preferred) or Angular/Vue.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, ORMs, and microservices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
• Good debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services.
• Experience in building SaaS products or high-scalability systems.
• Exposure to Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ (bonus).
• Experience in staff augmentation or client-based projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
