Role Description - We are looking for a Python Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on cutting-edge AI-driven products for financial services. Experience – 3-5 years Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python and modern front-end frameworks. • Build robust back-end services and APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks. • Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and query data efficiently. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to deliver scalable and maintainable features. • Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and follow best practices in software development. • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the full stack. Key Capabilities • Strong proficiency in Python and back-end web development. • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern JS framework (React, Vue.js, Angular). • Experience with REST API design and development. • Good understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). • Familiarity with version control tools like Git. • Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and responsive design. • Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code across the stack. Good to Have • Experience with Docker or other containerization tools. • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Experience working in agile or fast-paced product environments.
