Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer / Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python development with expertise in libraries like Pandas and frameworks such as Django. As a lead, you will be responsible for designing scalable backend architectures, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Python-based applications and services. Lead a team of developers and manage project delivery, code reviews, and best practices. Work with Django and related web technologies to build RESTful APIs and web services. Manipulate and analyze data using Pandas and other data libraries. Handle data serialization and communication using JSON . Apply solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in system design and implementation. Write optimized SQL queries and interact with relational databases. Develop and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and other AWS services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, DevOps, and product management. Maintain code quality, performance, and documentation standards. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in Python development. Proven experience leading development teams or projects. Strong experience with Django , Flask (optional), and other Python web frameworks. Proficiency in Pandas for data manipulation and transformation. Deep understanding of OOPs concepts and design patterns. Experience working with SQL and database optimization techniques. Solid understanding of JSON , REST APIs, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with AWS , specifically Lambda , S3, and related services. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other AWS services (e.g., DynamoDB, API Gateway). Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other container/orchestration tools.
