Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in backend development using Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks like Django, data processing with Pandas, and cloud-native development on AWS including Lambda. Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, JSON handling, and SQL is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize backend systems and RESTful APIs using Django and core Python.
• Work on data transformation and analysis tasks using Pandas.
• Implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and related services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in
