Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python programming , with hands-on experience in Django , Pandas , SQL , and AWS , as well as strong knowledge of OOPs principles and JSON-based APIs . This role involves leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring high-quality code and system scalability. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using Python and Django . Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Write efficient, reusable, and testable code. Build and maintain APIs with a strong understanding of JSON formats. Perform data analysis and processing using Pandas and other libraries. Design and optimize SQL queries and data models. Integrate and manage services on AWS including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc. Apply OOPs concepts for clean and maintainable code. Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Python development , with at least 1-2 years in a lead role . Expertise in Django framework. Strong knowledge of Pandas for data processing. Proficient in working with SQL databases and writing complex queries. Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure. Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) . Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data structures. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
