What You Will Be Doing Crafting and developing cutting-edge AI automations to streamline operations, boost productivity, and deliver resilient, scalable solutions across various platforms Testing and integrating advanced AI tools such as GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer into our development processes to evaluate and enhance their effectiveness Assessing and fine-tuning AI solution implementations across diverse infrastructures, including AWS, to ensure seamless integration and performance What You Won’t Be Doing Engaging in traditional coding - our AI handles the bulk of the work, allowing you to innovate and strategize Performing repetitive tasks - each problem presents a new challenge Python Developer Key Responsibilities Designing and deploying advanced, fully-automated AI systems that require no human intervention for scalable impact Basic Requirements An AI-First Mindset (if you prefer to code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance, this role might not be for you) Minimum 5 years of professional experience Expertise in Python and AWS Experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev) Proven experience in implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact Experience in leveraging various LLMs through APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
