Python Developer Key Responsibilities

Your core mission will be to conceptualize, develop, and launch autonomous AI systems that operate independently, creating scalable solutions that drive significant business transformation without requiring constant human oversight.

Basic Requirements

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A deeply ingrained AI-first approach to problem-solving (Note: If you view AI as a supplementary tool rather than your primary development approach, this role may not be the right fit)
• A robust 5+ year track record in professional software development
• Strong command of Python programming and AWS infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Demonstrated success in implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
• Practical experience in utilizing various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) for business solution development

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
