What You Will Be Doing

Python Developer Key Responsibilities

Creating and implementing sophisticated, zero-touch AI ecosystems that operate autonomously without human intervention, enabling truly scalable business transformation

Basic Requirements

• Genuine AI-First Philosophy (candidates who prioritize traditional coding over AI-driven approaches need not apply)
• Minimum 5 years of professional industry experience
• Advanced capabilities in Python development and AWS environments
• Hands-on experience with GenAI coding assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev
• Proven track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) to address complex business challenges

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
