What You Will Be Doing Craft cutting-edge AI automations that transform business processes and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions Pioneer applications using next-generation AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, evaluating their practical business applications Optimize AI implementation across cloud infrastructures (particularly AWS), ensuring seamless integration and peak performance What You Won’t Be Doing Manual coding marathons—our AI technology handles the routine development, freeing you to focus on creative problem-solving and architecture Monotonous work cycles—each challenge presents unique opportunities for innovation and strategic thinking Python Developer Key Responsibilities Design, develop and deploy autonomous AI systems capable of operating independently without human oversight, creating truly scalable solutions with exponential business impact Basic Requirements Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (you must prioritize leveraging AI tools before resorting to traditional coding methodologies) Minimum 5 years of professional industry experience Strong command of Python programming and AWS cloud services Hands-on experience with GenAI coding assistants such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev Proven track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact Experience integrating various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) to address complex business challenges About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
