What You Will Be Doing Craft cutting-edge AI automation solutions that transform business processes from complex puzzles into elegant, efficient systems Pioneer the integration of next-gen AI tools like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AI-assisted development Architect and optimize AI implementations across AWS infrastructure, ensuring our solutions are not just powerful, but perfectly deployed What You Won’t Be Doing Wrestling with conventional coding paradigms – our AI ecosystem handles the heavy lifting, letting you focus on strategic innovation Getting bogged down in monotonous tasks – each challenge brings fresh opportunities for creative problem-solving Python Developer Key Responsibilities Your primary mission will be to design and implement autonomous AI systems that operate with complete independence, creating scalable solutions that transform business operations without requiring human oversight. Basic Requirements A proven AI-native approach to problem-solving (AI should be your first instinct, not an afterthought) 5+ years of professional experience in the tech industry Strong command of Python programming and AWS ecosystem Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev) Demonstrated success in implementing GenAI solutions with measurable business impact Practical experience in leveraging various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) for business solutions About Trilogy Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
