We are a fast-growing AI and IT consultancy based in Mohali, India, specializing in practical AI solutions for real-world business challenges. Our team combines deep technical expertise with industry knowledge to deliver custom AI and machine learning applications, leveraging the latest technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) to transform how businesses operate. Experience: 5+ years | Type: Full-time, On-site, Monday to Saturday | Location: Mohali, Punjab Key Responsibilities Backend Development: Design and develop scalable FastAPI backends with RESTful APIs AI PoC Development: Build Proof of Concepts using computer vision and LLMs Performance Optimization: Debug and optimize backend systems and AI workflows Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures and data protection Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with front-end developers and product managers Required Skills Python Expertise: 5+ years of backend development experience Frameworks: Strong FastAPI experience; familiarity with Flask/Django AI/ML Stack: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow Database Management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB with ORM tools Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud experience API Development: Building and consuming RESTful APIs AI Experience: Computer vision algorithms and LLM implementation Version Control: Git proficiency and Agile workflows Preferred Qualifications Docker and Kubernetes experience Open-source project contributions CI/CD pipeline experience Active involvement in AI/ML communities What We Offer Work on cutting-edge AI projects and transformative PoCs Access to state-of-the-art development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) Competitive compensation and benefits Collaborative, innovation-focused team environment Continuous learning and career growth opportunities
