What We're Looking ForWe’re open to all levels of talent — whether you’re just starting or a seasoned professional, what matters most is your curiosity, adaptability, and drive to build with AI.Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:Python Wizardry: Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in multithreading, concurrency, and web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).Modern Dev Practices: Familiarity with Git/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Systems Know-How: Comfort with caching systems (Redis), message queues (Kafka, Celery), and asynchronous tools (Asyncio, WebSockets).AI & ML Enthusiasm:Understanding of NLP concepts and libraries (NLTK, spaCy).Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain.Bonus if you’ve built machine learning solutions or experimented with AI coding assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine, Ghostwriter).Data Handling Skills: Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (SQLAlchemy). Experience with web scraping (Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, Selenium) is a plus.Full Stack Flair: While Python is your core, familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is always welcome.Engineering Mindset: Strong analytical skills, logical problem-solving, and a meticulous approach to writing clean, maintainable code.Collaboration & Growth: A team player who communicates clearly, shares ideas, and loves learning new tools and technologies.The Right Attitude: Resilient, patient, and persistent — you don’t give up easily, and when you fail, you fail forward.
