Role Description • Ensure the company efficiently and cost-effectively procures the herbal extracts and powders • Monitoring and forecasting inventory, determining purchasing needs, and identifying costs • Develop and implement procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships • Develop new vendors and negotiate terms, prices, and conditions with vendors • Ensure timely communication with senior management on all MIS reports. Qualifications Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of market research, sourcing, and purchasing strategies Knowledge of quality control, compliance, and safety standards in the manufacturing industry Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in inventory management and maintaining accurate purchase records Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the natural products, healthcare, or cosmetic industry is a plus Minimum 10 years of experience.
