Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source suppliers and obtain quotations, especially for FMCG-related materials .
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in line with demand and inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate supplier databases, price lists, and contracts.
  • Negotiate with FMCG suppliers for competitive pricing, credit terms, and timely delivery.
  • Follow up on pending orders and coordinate with suppliers for on-time supply.
  • Support Purchase Manager in vendor development and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoice matching and payments.
  • Maintain and file purchasing records, GRNs, and contracts.
  • Generate purchase reports and assist in audits Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FMCG purchasing/procurement (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of FMCG supplier base, raw material sourcing, and packaging procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets and ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
