Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement process of goods and services. The role involves developing purchasing strategies, maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and managing timely delivery of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost savings and favorable terms.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Collaborate with internal departments (production, finance, operations) to forecast demand and avoid shortages.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays, quality, or compliance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Prepare reports and updates for management on purchasing activities and cost analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,588.57 - ₹68,018.62 per month
