Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Purchase Manager with strong expertise in Civil and Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, and cost optimization to ensure smooth execution of ongoing and upcoming civil projects. Local knowledge and vendor networking is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete purchase cycle for materials, services, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional vendors/suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines to ensure best value procurement.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project schedules.
• Evaluate and finalize vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Collaborate with site engineers, project heads, finance, and other internal teams for smooth coordination.
• Maintain updated records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and vendor agreements.
• Track and analyze market trends and pricing to support budget and cost control.

Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in procurement, preferably in large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using ERP/software tools for purchase and inventory management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
• Local candidate with strong vendor database will be highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
