About This Role

We’re seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate understands sourcing for cafés/restaurants/hotels, manages vendor relationships effectively, and ensures cost-efficient, timely availability of all materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of food, beverages, consumables, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to optimize cost and quality.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, GRNs, and inventory reports.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations for replenishment.
• Ensure timely deliveries across units/outlets.
• Conduct regular market research for pricing, new products, and supplier performance.
• Work closely with the finance and operations team on budgeting and forecasting.
• Implement procurement SOPs, cost controls, and compliance standards.
• Support new outlet openings with sourcing of equipment and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of procurement experience in hospitality (restaurants, cafés, hotels, QSR).
• Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of F&B sourcing, kitchen equipment, and consumables.
• Familiarity with inventory software and purchase workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A calm, people-first approach and genuine love for hospitality
