Purchase Executive

·        Identify, evaluate, and select supplier for goods, service, and materials, ·        Evaluate and analyze purchase requirements for materials, equipment, or services based on project specifications or organizational needs. ·        Responsible for sourcing and procuring various consumable & electrical components like – printing & stationery, packaging, gears, motors, cables, bearing, pendent, etc. ·        Source and select supplier based on factor such as cost, quality reliability, and delivery timeline. ·        Contract negotiation and Management, negotiate contract with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and manage contract throughout their lifecycle. ·        Prepare cost break-up & cost comparison between prices quoted by different vendors. ·        Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisitions and making comparison sheets. ·        Excellent Knowledge of ERP/ SAP and WEB -ERP ·        After sending RFQs, discuss with Suppliers and explain / clarify technical issue to receive quotations. ·        Identifying and sourcing potential suppliers and negotiating terms and prices with suppliers. ·        Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers. ·        Preparing purchase orders and sending them to suppliers and tracking the status of orders. ·        Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. ·        Ensuring the quality of purchased goods meets the required standards. ·        Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize repair and maintenance process. ·        Inventory Managements; Monitor stock levels, optimize storage, and minimize waste. ·        Travel to supplier location to carryout, supplier Assessments, components follow up and resolve quality problems. ·        Preparing reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
