Educational Qualifications:

B Com/M Com/MBA

Work Experience: min. 02-04 years.

Accounts Knowledge will be preferred.

Candidates from Pharma/Medical Industries will be preferred.

Key Role&Responsibilties:

· Research potential vendors.

· Compare and evaluate and prepare comparative statement from suppliers.

· Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.

· Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

· Review quality of purchased products.

· Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.

· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

· Experience in the stores management activities such as receipt and issue posting of the stores materials in the Stock ledger.

· Should be well versed with MS Office (Excel/Word) and knowledge of email &internet.

· Candidate must be having good communication skills

· Maintain good interaction with the vendors/Suppliers.
