Job Title: Purchase Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of raw materials, machinery, consumables, and other goods as per company requirements.
Identify and evaluate reliable vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate purchase records, inventory levels, and vendor database.
Ensure cost-effective buying without compromising on quality.
Coordinate with production, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth supply chain operations.
Monitor market trends, track pricing, and prepare comparative cost analysis reports.
Handle purchase orders, quotations, and vendor agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
Key Skills Required:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of purchase processes and vendor management.
Ability to maintain documentation and handle MS Office/ERP tools.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good coordination with internal departments.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Preference: B.Com / BBA / MBA or relevant).

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
