Oversee end-to-end production operations of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior products.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
Ensure quality control at every stage of fabrication, assembly, and installation.
Optimize manpower, machinery, and material usage to reduce wastage and increase efficiency.
Implement SOPs and maintain safety standards in the production unit.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Track production costs, maintain inventory levels, and control overhead expenses.
Manage vendor relationships for raw materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, fittings).
Train, motivate, and monitor supervisors and floor staff to achieve production targets.
Handle troubleshooting, resolve operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of modular kitchen & furniture manufacturing processes.
Ability to handle a large workforce and multiple production lines.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of modern machinery (CNC, edge banding, panel saw, etc.).
Understanding of quality standards (ISO/ISI preferred).
Prior experience in a leadership/plant head role is highly desirable.
