We are a leading modular kitchen and interior solutions company, known for delivering high-quality, customized designs. We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Head to manage production, ensure quality, and lead our fabrication team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire fabrication process for modular kitchens and wardrobes.
• Supervise production staff, carpenters, and site fabricators to ensure timely project delivery.
• Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and ensure accuracy in fabrication.
• Maintain quality standards for finishes, fittings, and durability.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams.
• Manage raw material usage, stock, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in the fabrication unit.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during production and installation.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3–7 years) in modular kitchen/interior fabrication.
• Strong technical knowledge of modular furniture, woodwork, laminates, hardware (Hettich, Hafele, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design / Civil / Mechanical / Relevant field (preferred).
