Job Description

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) department. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement and inventory management. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for our organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchases.
Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor agreements.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure timely availability of goods.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to improve supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all purchasing activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with procurement software.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
