JD Purchase Executive:
1. Assist in procurement of raw material as per the planned production.
2. Assisting in developing new vendors (production and non-production) with proper vendor audit process.
4. Maintenance of cost analysis reports, vendor development, vendor data and other purchase related MIS reports . Bills checking and proper record maintenance.
6. Assist to procure accessories required other than mould when required in a particular project.
7. Assist in suggesting on maximum utilization of the raw material available and optimizing the
8. Assist in procurement of commodities/ services/ accessories other than raw material.
9. Arrangements of transport for dispatch/ outside vendor works, if needed new vendor development
10. Vendor development & documentation for repairing work in factory
11. Vendor development & documentation for maintenance related work in factory
12. If needed, new vendor development for various technical process like (Trials/ Etching/ Sandblasting/ outside CNC/ Chrome plating/ Engraving/ Polishing) etc
13. Any services assigned by the management from time to time.
14. Good Interpersonal skills
