Purchase Executive

Job Title: Purchase Executive Industry: Power Solutions / Electrical Location: Noida Sector 62 Experience: 1-2 years preferred Gender: Male Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Source and procure electrical materials, equipment, and services related to power backup systems (UPS, DG sets, batteries, etc.). Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness. Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors for best pricing and quality. Prepare and process purchase orders in coordination with project and service teams. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with the accounts department for timely vendor payments. Ensure timely delivery of materials for ongoing projects and site requirements. Work closely with engineering, stores, and logistics teams. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of electrical and power-related products (UPS, batteries, inverters, ) Good negotiation and communication skills Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management Strong MS Excel & ERP software knowledge (preferred) Good time management and problem-solving skills Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or related fields) Candidates with a diploma in Electrical or Supply Chain preferred .
