Purchase Executive (Firefighting/MEPF Industry)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials/services in alignment with project requirements
• Identify reliable vendors and negotiate optimal pricing and commercial terms
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate purchase records
• Coordinate with project and site teams to understand material requirements
• Track, follow up, and ensure on-time delivery of materials
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality-driven procurement
• Prepare reports using

  MS Excel

  and manage documentation in

  MS Word

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years in Purchase/Procurement (preferably in MEPF or related industries)

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Skills:

• Proficient in

  MS Excel

  and

  Tally

• Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities efficiently
