Job Description

As a Procurement - Senior Executive at our organization, your role will involve overseeing and managing procurement activities. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services essential for the company's operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality materials, equipment, and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize the procurement process and achieve cost savings. - Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships for a reliable and efficient supply chain. - Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and stay updated on pricing, availability, and quality of goods and services. - Manage the procurement budget, track expenses, and implement cost control measures to meet financial objectives. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions. - Assess and manage risks associated with procurement activities, including supplier selection, delivery delays, quality issues, and compliance with legal requirements. - Lead and supervise a procurement team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations for efficient operations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolving issues promptly and ensuring contractual obligations are met. - Stay informed about advancements in procurement technology and tools, implementing relevant systems for streamlined processes. - Monthly projection of all inventory items and decrease in TAT of procurement. - Fulfill B2B requirements within the specified period. - Project-based output. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience as a Procurement executive or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. - Proficiency in using procurement software and systems. - Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
