Purchase Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring a Purchase Executive with experience or academic exposure in import–export procurement, raw material planning, supplier coordination, and logistics for an electronics manufacturing setup.

This hiring is for two roles:

• 1 Fresher / Intern (training-oriented role)
• 1 Experienced candidate (1–2 years)

The role involves end-to-end purchasing, inventory control, global sourcing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted production and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage material requisition checking, planning, and follow-up to avoid production shortages
• Prepare and monitor material shortage lists and adjust procurement schedules (prepone/postpone)
• Plan and procure raw materials from domestic and international suppliers
• Coordinate with PPC, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
• Maintain optimum inventory levels with effective cost control
• Handle import procurement, global sourcing, shipment tracking, and customs coordination
• Issue purchase orders on time to avoid premium freight and delays
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms
• Maintain supplier database, procurement records, and import documentation
• Track inbound logistics and resolve issues to avoid demurrage and penalties
• Prepare procurement and inventory reports for management

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech (ECE preferred)
• Diploma in Electronics / Electronics Engineering

Experience-wise Expectation

Fresher / Intern:

• Will support procurement, documentation, follow-ups, and reporting
• Training will be provided

1–2 Years Experience:

• Hands-on responsibility for import procurement, supplier coordination, and inventory planning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
