We need an expert as a Materials Professional & lead the materials functions with a pragmatic approach by using broad experience in all aspects of procurement, Vendor Development, Cost reductions, MIS, Budgeting, Administrating, Man Management and sub contract management at competitive rate along with Inventory control. L also aspire in seeking a senior position in supply chain/ Purchase Department & Play a key role organizational growth. Core Knowledge & Skills · Strategic sourcing * New Vendor Development · Inventory Maintenance / Planning * Contract Negotiation · Cost Benefit / Financial Analysis * Successive Planning · Healthy relationship with Vendors * Healthy relations with internal Indenters. Responsibilities: · Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers. · Cost Analysis and Procurement Planning: Analyzing costs, developing procurement strategies, and creating procurement plans. · Quality and Delivery Assurance: Ensuring the quality of goods and services, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery. · Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders as needed, and coordinating with warehouse staff. · Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining records of purchases, delivery information, and invoices, and preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses. · Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing with suppliers. · Communication and Collaboration: Communicating with internal teams to understand procurement needs and communicating with suppliers. · Staying Updated: Keeping up with industry trends by attending trade shows and exhibitions.
