Job Title: Purchase Intern
Location: Bhosari, Pune Duration: 6 Months Internship (with extension based on performance) Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (Internship Period) Post Internship:
After 6 Months (Probation): ₹15,000 per month
After 1 Year (Based on Performance): ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Education Qualification:
Diploma or Any Graduate (preferably in Mechanical / Industrial / Supply Chain / Commerce)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in purchase activities such as preparing purchase orders, quotations, and follow-ups with vendors.
Support in vendor coordination, price comparison, and material procurement.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
Coordinate with stores and accounts departments for material inward and billing updates.
Help in tracking inventory levels and ensuring timely material availability.
Support senior team members in daily purchase operations.
Learn and apply company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of purchase or procurement process.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and good coordination ability.
