Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, and vendor contracts. You will need to coordinate with vendors/suppliers for order confirmations and ensure timely deliveries. Handling inward logistics (fabrics, trims, raw materials) and outward logistics (finished goods, dispatch to warehouses/retailers) will also be part of your role. It is essential to ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules. You will be arranging and tracking shipments with transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders. Additionally, preparing and verifying dispatch documents such as packing lists, e-way bills, LRs, and invoices will be a key responsibility. Maintaining purchase & logistics trackers / MIS reports for management and liaising with warehouse teams for inventory entries and stock flow updates will also be part of your duties. Ensuring compliance with GST, vendor billing, and basic statutory requirements is crucial. Desired Skills: - 2-4 years of experience in purchase administration, logistics, or supply chain support. - Strong knowledge of POs, challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation. - Familiarity with vendor & transporter coordination. - Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or Tally. - Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-up skills. - Good communication skills for vendor/transport handling.
