Public Speaker / Personal Development Coach

As a Public Speaker & Personal Development Coach, your role will involve delivering high-impact sessions at startup workshops, hackathons, and incubation centres. You will need to possess strong communication skills, stage presence, and the ability to motivate early-stage entrepreneurs, students, and innovators. Your focus will be on mindset building, leadership development, communication skills, emotional intelligence, productivity coaching, and startup orientation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver powerful keynote speeches, motivational talks, and skill-building sessions. - Conduct structured training on entrepreneurial mindset, goal-setting & productivity, communication & presentation skills, leadership & teamwork, confidence building, and problem-solving & decision-making. - Engage audiences with interactive activities, storytelling, and real-life examples. - Conduct sessions for hackathons, startup idea pitching, and incubation programs. - Guide students and startup founders on mindset, resilience, and growth strategies. - Provide coaching on team collaboration, pitch confidence, and self-development. - Offer one-on-one or group coaching sessions for personal and professional development. - Identify participants" strengths and help them overcome performance barriers. - Develop customized coaching plans for individuals or startup teams. - Create content, modules, training decks, and workshop materials. - Collaborate with event organizers, campuses, hackathon coordinators, or incubators. - Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback reports. - Represent the organization at events, conferences, startup summits, and youth forums. - Build partnerships with educational institutions, innovation centres, and communities. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 3+ years of experience as a public speaker, trainer, or development coach. - Exceptional communication, stage presence, and audience engagement skills. - Strong knowledge of the startup ecosystem, innovation trends, and youth training formats. - Experience coaching students, early-stage entrepreneurs, or professionals. - Ability to design training content and interactive learning modules. - Strong motivation, empathy, and inspirational attitude. - Certification in coaching/mentoring (optional but preferred). - Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Business, Communication, Education, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional speakers).
