Public Speaker / Personal Development Coach

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and inspiring Public Speaker & Personal
Development Coach to deliver high-impact sessions at startup workshops,hackathons, and incubation centres. The ideal candidate will have strongcommunication skills, stage presence, and the ability to motivate early-stageentrepreneurs, students, and innovators.This role focuses on mindset building, leadership development,communication skills, emotional intelligence, productivity coaching, andstartup orientation.Key Responsibilities:

Workshops & Speaking Engagements
 Deliver powerful keynote speeches, motivational talks, and skill-buildingsessions. Conduct structured training on topics such as:o Entrepreneurial mindseto Goal-setting & productivityo Communication & presentation skillso Leadership & teamworko Confidence buildingo Problem-solving & decision-making Engage audiences with interactive activities, storytelling, and real-lifeexamples.Startup & Innovation Support Conduct sessions for hackathons, startup idea pitching, and incubationprograms. Guide students and startup founders on mindset, resilience, and growthstrategies. Provide coaching on team collaboration, pitch confidence, and self-development.Coaching & Mentoring Offer one-on-one or group coaching sessions for personal and professionaldevelopment. Identify participants’ strengths and help them overcome performancebarriers. Develop customized coaching plans for individuals or startup teams.Curriculum & Program Development Create content, modules, training decks, and workshop materials. Collaborate with event organizers, campuses, hackathon coordinators, orincubators. Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback reports.Representation & Branding Represent the organization at events, conferences, startup summits, andyouth forums. Build partnerships with educational institutions, innovation centres, andcommunities.Required Skills & Qualifications:

 3–7+ years of experience as a public speaker, trainer, or development coach.
 Exceptional communication, stage presence, and audience engagementskills. Strong knowledge of startup ecosystem, innovation trends, and youthtraining formats. Experience coaching students, early-stage entrepreneurs, or professionals. Ability to design training content and interactive learning modules. Strong motivation, empathy, and inspirational attitude. Certification in coaching/mentoring (optional but preferred).Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, Communication,
Education, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for exceptionalspeakers).
