We are now looking for a dynamic Senior Media Relations Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead Investor Relations & IPO vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling financial communications, media relations, and strategic counsel for BFSI especially around IPO mandates, quarterly earnings, and SEBI-compliant communications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage IPO communication campaigns end-to-end – from drafting of DRHP/Red Herring content support, media strategy, regulatory coordination to listing-day communications.

· Provide strategic PR counsel to CXO-level clients in BFSI / OR space on financial announcements, investor events, and brand positioning.

· Build and maintain strong media relationships with financial journalists, editors, and influencers across print, digital and broadcast.

· Manage a team of executives and managers; oversee workflow, mentoring, reviews, and quality control.

· Monitor media coverage, investor sentiment, and stakeholder perception to advise clients on proactive strategies.

· Work closely with internal content and digital teams to deliver integrated IR/IPO campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 8–12 years of experience in PR, financial communications, or investor relations.

· Prior agency experience or in-house experience in BFSI or Organised Retail (OR) preferred.

· Hands-on experience managing IPOs or financial PR mandates.

· Excellent understanding of SEBI guidelines, financial disclosures, and capital market communication norms.

· Strong relationships with top-tier financial media.

· Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.

· Proven team management and client leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Postgraduate in Communications, Finance, PR, or MBA (Marketing/Finance).

· IR certification or exposure to capital markets a plus.

· Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
