About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic PR professional who can manage and execute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities, build strong media relations, and craft compelling communication strategies. The candidate should be creative, energetic, and capable of handling both brand-building initiatives and ground-level activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute ATL & BTL PR campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand stories.
• Coordinate with internal teams for branding & communication alignment.
• Organize and manage events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports.
• Handle crisis communication and maintain a positive brand image.
• Ensure brand visibility across multiple offline & online platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PR, preferably with exposure to both ATL & BTL activities.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to network and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Should have a working laptop.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
