Key Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level client relationships and act as a strategic consultant across multiple accounts
• Supervise campaign execution handled by Account Executives and Managers
• Ensure alignment of campaigns with broader business and brand goals
• Inspire high-performing teams through mentorship, feedback, and proactive leadership
• Facilitate and interpret client feedback to guide strategic decisions
• Contribute to business growth through proactive client development and new business pitches
• Deliver strategic reports, summarizing learnings and outlining clear next steps
• Pitch fresh, bold ideas rooted in insights and aligned with client objectives
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget
• Align internal teams and clients around measurement frameworks and KPIs
• Represent the agency’s point of view confidently in meetings, presentations, and workshops
• Monitor industry trends to discover new opportunities for client growth
• Partner with project managers to maintain the financial health of engagements
• Cultivate a culture of problem-solving, accountability, and positivity within the team

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in senior client relationship management, preferably in digital-first or integrated communications
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, brand building, and campaign strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive, confident approach
• Effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and creative sensibility
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for pitching and performance reporting
• Experience managing multimedia content production and creative teams
• Familiarity with financial management, including project scoping and reporting
