Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress. Incorporate diverse teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Utilize technology and resources effectively to enhance learning. Prepare students for examinations and assist them in achieving academic success. Encourage critical thinking and analytical skills through interactive discussions. Organize and oversee extracurricular activities related to social sciences. Provide guidance and support to students in their academic pursuits. Keep up-to-date with educational trends and changes in the curriculum. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of student performance. Qualifications Local candidate will be preferred. Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field. Certification in teaching Social Sciences. Proven experience as a Social Science Teacher or in a relevant educational role. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate students in learning. Proficiency in using teaching resources and technology. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to continuous professional development. Understanding of diverse learning needs and challenges. At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred. Flexible and adaptive to new educational methodologies. Passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference. Willingness to contribute to the school community.
