Job Title: PRT Mathematics Teacher Location: On-Site, India Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging mathematics lesson plans for primary school students. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Utilize various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles. Assess and evaluate student performances through tests, quizzes, and assignments. Provide timely feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress. Incorporate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences. Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and concerns. Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that promote mathematics skills. Work closely with other faculty members to align educational goals and curriculum. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mathematics education. Implement classroom policies and maintain discipline among students. Assist in developing school-wide mathematics programs. Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving among students. Foster a love for mathematics through innovative teaching approaches. Adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Teaching certification or licensure for primary education. Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the primary level. Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and assessments. Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
