Job Description

2 to 7 years of experience in proposal development including exposure to leading proposals across different service lines
Excellent English language grammar writing and communication skills
Responsible for the development and management of the proposal workflow to adhere to the work plan, schedules, and milestones
Provide input in the proposal strategy formulation and support the Client Service Teams for developing the winning theme and value proposition
Strong capabilities in writing and editing proposal documents (RFPs/RFIs etc.)
Ability to build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders
Capable of managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities at the same time
Experience working with various levels of leadership, including Senior Managers & Partners
Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), including the ability to create and modify styles in Word and PowerPoint

Work Timing: 4PM - 1AM (US Shift)

Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
