Job Description

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in proposal development including exposure to leading proposals across different service lines
  • Excellent English language grammar writing and communication skills
  • Responsible for the development and management of the proposal workflow to adhere to the work plan, schedules, and milestones
  • Provide input in the proposal strategy formulation and support the Client Service Teams for developing the winning theme and value proposition
  • Strong capabilities in writing and editing proposal documents (RFPs/RFIs etc.)
  • Ability to build and manage the relationship with key stakeholders
  • Capable of managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities at the same time
  • Experience working with various levels of leadership, including Senior Managers & Partners
  • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), including the ability to create and modify styles in Word and PowerPoint

Work Timing: 4PM - 1AM (US Shift)

Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
