As a Proposal Writer in the IT services domain, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by crafting compelling proposals that align with client needs. With 24 years of experience in handling RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, you will collaborate with various teams to create impactful proposals that showcase our capabilities effectively. Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements and ensure compliance in all submissions. Write, edit, and format high-quality proposals, presentations, and related materials. Translate complex IT solutions into clear, client-focused content. Develop templates, maintain a content library, and ensure brand consistency. Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Conduct quality reviews to ensure proposals are persuasive, error-free, and aligned with client objectives. Respond to client queries and prepare bid documents to support business development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in English, Communications, IT, Business, or a related field. 24 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in IT services/solutions. Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify technical concepts into client-friendly messaging. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal management tools. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
