In this role, you’ll collaborate with our sales, technical, and delivery teams to create impactful proposals that clearly communicate our capabilities and align with client needs.

• Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements and ensure compliance in all submissions.
• Write, edit, and format high-quality proposals, presentations, and related materials.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate complex IT solutions into clear, client-focused content.
• Develop templates, maintain a content library, and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct quality reviews to ensure proposals are persuasive, error-free, and aligned with client objectives.
• Support business development by responding to client queries and preparing bid documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in proposal writing (preferably in IT services/solutions).
• Strong understanding of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into client-friendly messaging.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and proposal management tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
