Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Specialist located in Srinagar. The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for managing and writing proposals, responding to RFPs, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role also includes project management tasks related to proposal development and submission.

Qualifications

• Experience in Proposal Management and Proposal Writing
• Proficiency in handling RFPs
• Strong Communication skills
• Project Management capabilities related to proposal development
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the geospatial or engineering industry is a plus
