Job Description

Job Purpose

The Property Sales Executive is responsible for selling residential or commercial properties by generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition

  • Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms.
  • Engage with potential buyers to understand their requirements and budget.
  • Present and promote residential/commercial properties to prospective clients.

Site Visits & Closures

  • Conduct site visits, property tours, and project presentations.
  • Follow up with clients and negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Address client queries related to pricing, documentation, possession, and handover.
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey from booking to registration.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for documentation and agreements.
  • Assist customers with booking forms, KYC documents, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, bookings, and closures in CRM.
  • Submit regular sales reports to management.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate/property sales
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
