Property Manager

About the Role

As a Property Manager at Zorba Estates, you will be responsible for managing and taking care of our residential and commercial properties. You will ensure the properties are well-maintained, tenants are happy, and owners get regular updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Handle tenant inquiries, move-ins, move-outs, and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee property maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Collect rent and other payments on time; keep proper records.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they are in good condition.
• Prepare and share property reports with owners.
• Ensure all properties follow legal and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any field.
• 1–5 years of experience in property management or real estate.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple properties and tasks.
• Basic knowledge of property laws and lease agreements.
• Familiar with MS Office and property management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,187.85 - ₹120,000.00 per month
