Property Locator Manager and Assistant Manager

About The Opportunity

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend commercial retail properties across India, focusing on high-street and mall locations for luxury franchise expansion.
• Monitor market trends, new mall developments, property auctions, and leasing opportunities to inform strategic site selection.
• Build and nurture relationships with brokers, developers, mall leasing teams, and other stakeholders to secure competitive lease terms.
• Conduct field visits, prepare detailed feasibility reports, and present actionable insights to franchise development teams.
• Coordinate lease negotiations, assist with drafting term sheets, and support internal documentation and approval processes.
• Manage end-to-end property sourcing at different levels—Manager, Assistant Manager, and Executive—ensuring alignment with expansion timelines.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Graduate degree in Real Estate, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–10 years of proven experience in commercial property sourcing, retail real estate leasing, or franchise development.
• Strong network with brokers, developers, and mall leasing teams across key Indian markets.
• Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated success in securing favorable lease agreements.
• Willingness to travel Pan-India and manage multiple site visits under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and report-writing skills; proficiency in MS Office suite.
  

Preferred

• Experience with top consultancies such as CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, or Anarock.
• Familiarity with franchise and licensing models within retail or luxury goods.
• Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of lease agreements and property valuations.
