Role Overview

As a

Property Acquisition Associate

, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding new residential and commercial properties into the ZenzeHomes network. Your primary focus will be scouting underutilized or vacant properties, initiating conversations with owners, and closing acquisition deals in line with our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential properties (rental-ready or vacant) through on-ground scouting, local market visits, and network referrals
Approach property owners, explain ZenzeHomes’ offerings, and pitch property management solutions
Conduct property inspections and gather necessary details (photographs, documents, specifications)
Coordinate with internal teams for evaluation, onboarding, and listing
Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and closed acquisitions
Stay updated on local real estate trends, rental pricing, and competitor activity

Who We're Looking For

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills — you must be confident speaking with property owners
Familiarity with local geographies, real estate market behavior, and rental dynamics
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and meet acquisition targets
Good organizational and reporting skills
Prior experience in real estate / field sales / brokerage is preferred but not mandatory
