Role Overview

Property Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential properties (rental-ready or vacant) through on-ground scouting, local market visits, and network referrals
• Approach property owners, explain ZenzeHomes’ offerings, and pitch property management solutions
• Conduct property inspections and gather necessary details (photographs, documents, specifications)
• Coordinate with internal teams for evaluation, onboarding, and listing
• Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and closed acquisitions
• Stay updated on local real estate trends, rental pricing, and competitor activity

Who We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills — you must be confident speaking with property owners
• Familiarity with local geographies, real estate market behavior, and rental dynamics
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and meet acquisition targets
• Good organizational and reporting skills
• Prior experience in real estate / field sales / brokerage is preferred but not mandatory
