Job Description

As a Property Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Your key responsibilities will include: - Evaluating property potentials and conducting market research - Negotiating purchase agreements with property owners - Overseeing property acquisition processes and ensuring smooth transactions - Collaborating with legal teams for property documentation and compliance To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience in Property Acquisition, Market Research, and Negotiation Skills - Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Acumen - Knowledge of Legal Compliance, Property Documentation, and Transaction Management - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Software A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. Travel for on-site property evaluations may be required. Experience in the Real Estate Industry would be advantageous for this position.,
